Este segundo álbum de Fama ¡a bailar! se presenta de nuevo en formato triple CD, igual que el primer recopilatorio del programa, producido por Zeppelin TV y emitido por Cuatro. "Fama ¡a bailar! 2" se divide en tres géneros de baile: Funky, Street-Dance y Lírico. El disco oficial de la primera edición de "Fama ¡a bailar!" ha sido el recopilatorio más vendido del año, llegando a ser N.º 1 en ventas absoluto durante tres semanas, y N.º 1 en ventas de recopilatorios a lo largo de más de diez semanas, además de ser Doble Disco de Platino.
El disco oficial de "Fama ¡a bailar! 2" es la oferta de baile más importante que existe actualmente en el mercado, con un repertorio muy completo que incluye además la sintonía de cabecera del programa, "Hasta el final (Fama)", interpretada en esta nueva edición de manera espectacular por Soraya.
